Heart and Vascular Institute of Wisconsin Voted Best Cardiology Care in the Fox Valley

Thank you to everyone who voted for us in the 2020 Post Crescent Best of the Valley contest!

Last year we opened the Heart and Vascular Institute of Wisconsin with some lofty aspirations. We felt strongly that returning to an independent medical practice gave our physicians greater freedom and control over how they practice medicine. We felt that having more choices for cardiovascular care was better for patients in northeast Wisconsin.  And, most importantly, we felt that we could provide higher quality care, better service, and at a lower cost for our patients.

When we opened on April 1, 2019, we didn’t know what to expect. We were overwhelmed by the community support and the large percentage of our patients who followed us to Heart and Vascular. Since then, we found that becoming an independent practice has allowed a whole group of new patients to access us who otherwise might not have chosen us in the past when we were part of a single health system.

To look back and celebrate such a successful first year made us feel very blessed and thankful. But last week to find out we had been voted as Best of the Valley for Cardiology Care was an honor beyond belief. Along with the additional recognition of two of our physicians, Dr. Mannebach and Dr. Chapman, being named as finalists for Best Cardiology Care and Best General Physician, it’s been an honor and privilege that’s been hard to put into words.

On behalf of the 100+ physicians and staff at the Heart and Vascular Institute of Wisconsin, thank you for your tremendous support. More importantly, thank you for the opportunity to take care of you and your family members in the fight against heart disease.

With heartfelt appreciation,

Larry Sobal

CEO of Heart and Vascular Institute of Wisconsin
