Interventional Cardiologist

An interventional cardiologist, Dr. Varghese specializes in catheter-based procedures to treat problems of the heart. He describes shared decision-making and patient safety as the foundation of care and combines his skills with qualites of compassion and practicality.

Dr. Varghese received his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed residency training at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. He completed a general cardiology fellowship program at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and an interventional cardiology fellowship program at the University of Wisconsin Medical Center. Dr Varghese belongs to the American College of Cardiology and the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions.

Fun note: Outside of work, Dr. Varghese has interest in food, travel, and photography. He is fluent in Malayalam and Hindi.
